Templates help you save time by storing frequently used content structures, hashtags, or media layouts.

Creating a Template

  1. Navigate to Templates in the sidebar.
  2. Click Create Template.
  3. Name: Give your template a recognizable name.
  4. Content: Enter the text, emojis, and variables you want to reuse.
    • Variables: Insert dynamic placeholders like {{title}} or {{link}}.
    • System Variables: You can also use {{account}} (inserts the account name) and {{platform}} (inserts the platform name, e.g., “Twitter”) which are automatically populated when posting.
  5. Media: You can optionally attach media items that should always appear with this template (e.g., a logo or recurring graphic).
  6. Click Save.

AI Assist for Templates

You can use AI Assist within the template editor to help generate structure or creative copy for your reusable snippets.

Using a Template

When creating a new post in the Post Editor:
  1. Click the Templates icon (usually near the text editor).
  2. Select the template you want to use.
  3. The content will populate into the editor.
  4. If the template uses Variables, you may be prompted to enter values for them, or you can manually replace the {{variable}} placeholders in the text.

Managing Templates

  • Edit: Go to the Templates page and click the pencil icon to update a template.
  • Delete: Click the trash icon to remove it.
