Prerequisites
- You must have a Bluesky account.
- You need your App Password (recommended instead of your main password) if you are not using OAuth flow.
Connecting Your Account

Navigate to Accounts
In the PaddyPost sidebar, click on Accounts.

Add Account
Click the Add Account button in the top right corner.

Select Bluesky
Choose Bluesky from the list.

Choose Service
Select Bluesky Social (default) or Custom if you are hosting your own PDS (Personal Data Server).
- If you select Custom, enter your Server Address (e.g.,
https://my-pds.com).

Authorize
Click Next. You will be redirected to authenticate with Bluesky.
- Enter your handle (e.g.,
user.bsky.social) and password. - Approve the connection.

Finish
You will be redirected back to PaddyPost with your account connected.
Troubleshooting

Ensure you are entering the full URL of your PDS (Personal Data Server) including
https://.Login Failed
Login Failed
If you are using 2-Factor Authentication on Bluesky, you may need to generate a specific App Password in your Bluesky settings and use that instead of your main password.
