# Connect LinkedIn Account

> Connect your LinkedIn Personal Profile and Company Pages to PaddyPost.

PaddyPost supports connecting both personal LinkedIn profiles and LinkedIn Company Pages, allowing you to manage your professional presence from one place.

## Prerequisites

* You must have a **LinkedIn account**.
* To connect a Company Page, you must be a **Super Admin** or **Content Admin** of that page.
* You are logged into your LinkedIn account in your current browser session.

## Connecting Your Account

  <Step title="Navigate to Accounts">
    In the PaddyPost sidebar, click on **Accounts**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add Account">
    Click the **Add Account** button in the top right corner.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select LinkedIn">
    Choose **LinkedIn** from the list of social networks.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Authorize PaddyPost">
    You will be redirected to LinkedIn to approve the connection.

    1. Enter your LinkedIn credentials if prompted.
    2. Review the permissions requested by PaddyPost.
    3. Click **Allow** to grant access.

  <Step title="Select Pages and Profiles">
    You will be redirected back to PaddyPost with a list of available accounts:

    * Your **Personal Profile**
    * Any **Company Pages** you administer

    Select the ones you wish to manage within this workspace and click **Add Accounts**.

## Troubleshooting

<Accordion title="My Company Page is missing">
  If you can see your personal profile but not your Company Page, check your admin role:

  1. Go to your **Company Page** on LinkedIn.
  2. Click **Settings** > **Manage admins**.
  3. Ensure you have **Super Admin** or **Content Admin** role. "Analyst" or "Curator" roles do not have permission to publish content.

<Accordion title="Reconnecting Expired Accounts">
  LinkedIn security tokens automatically expire after 60 days (or sooner if you change your password).

  When this happens, your scheduled posts will fail. To fix this:

  1. Go to the **Accounts** page in PaddyPost.
  2. Click the **Reconnect** button next to your LinkedIn account.
  3. Follow the authorization steps again to refresh the token.
